- Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or netbanking password. We only receive a payment confirmation and a masked reference.
- Order history — items you've purchased, order status, invoices, and returns.
- Basic device data — IP address, browser, and pages visited, used for security and to improve the site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To confirm, process, ship, invoice, and (when needed) refund your orders.
- To send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery alerts, and invoices — over email and (optionally) WhatsApp.
- To provide customer support when you write to us.
- To detect fraudulent orders, prevent abuse, and keep your account secure.
- To meet our tax, accounting, and other legal obligations under Indian law.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

- Razorpay — for payment processing.
- Delhivery — for shipping (only your name, address, phone, and order details).
- Cloudinary & MongoDB Atlas — for secure storage of product images and shop data.
- Government authorities — only when required by valid legal process.
4. Data Security
All traffic to and from our site is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are stored using PBKDF2-SHA512 hashing — never in plain text. Access to your data inside our team is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps expected of a professional Indian e-commerce store.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years for financial records under the Income Tax Act, 1961). You can ask us to delete your account at any time, and we will remove everything that isn't legally required to be retained.
6. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:
- See what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate.
