Welcome to WalkWell Shoes. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://walkwellshoes.in (the “Site”), operated by WalkWell Shoes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to make a purchase on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To place orders you may need to register an account by providing your name, email, phone number and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud).
• An order is considered confirmed only after we send an order confirmation email.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our payment gateway partner Razorpay. All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days.
• Free shipping is provided on orders of ₹999 or more; otherwise a flat ₹99 shipping fee applies.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

• You may return any unused product in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are processed to your bank account on submission of details.
• Innerwear, customised products, and clearly worn footwear are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, designs, product images, text) is the property of WalkWell Shoes or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce or republish any content without our written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; (c) introduce viruses or malicious code; (d) make bulk automated requests; (e) infringe any rights of WalkWell Shoes or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, WalkWell Shoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalkWell Shoes, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
