2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your delivery address. All times below are business days (Mon–Sat, excluding national holidays) after order confirmation:

Delivery times exclude order processing (typically same day or next business day if ordered before 4 PM IST).

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM, on Sundays, or on national holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You'll receive an email and SMS notification with the courier name and tracking link once your order ships.

4. Courier Partners

We ship via trusted nationwide courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and Shadowfax. The choice of courier is automatic based on serviceability of your pin code.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on order values up to ₹5,000.
  • Available in 18,000+ pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable for COD, you'll see this at checkout.
  • No COD handling fee.
  • Please keep exact change ready; couriers may not accept change.
  • For orders above ₹5,000, we recommend Razorpay (UPI/Card/NetBanking) which is faster and more secure.

6. Tracking Your Order

  1. Login to your account and visit Account → Orders.
  2. Click any order to see its status and live courier tracking link.
  3. You'll also receive SMS + email updates at each step: confirmed, dispatched, out for delivery, delivered.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you'd like to place an international order, please email us at [email protected] and we'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

8. Address Changes & Re-attempts

  • You can update your delivery address from your account before the order is dispatched.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, they will re-attempt up to 2 more times.
  • If all attempts fail and the package returns to us, we will refund (after deducting reverse shipping cost of ₹100 for COD orders, in line with industry practice).

9. Damaged or Lost in Transit

Important: If the outer packaging looks visibly damaged or tampered at delivery, please refuse the package and inform the courier. Then notify us within 48 hours so we can ship a replacement immediately.

For packages confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will dispatch a fresh shipment at no cost to you.
